Open your setup link in Safari on your iPhone. If WhatsApp opens its own browser, choose to open the link in Safari.
Your passkey is held by your device or password manager. Seller Desk never receives your Face ID data.
Connecting eBay is a separate step inside your desk. Signing in here does not change any listing.
If you lose access to your passkey, ask Pitar to help restore access.
Keep it on the Home Screen
In Safari, tap Share → Add to Home Screen, turn on Open as Web App, then tap Add.
Open the new Seller Desk icon and sign in with your passkey if asked. It needs an internet connection. Review and save your drafts in the installed app; drafts stay in the browser or app where you edit them.
